The ZF series compressors can operate at a condensation temperature as low as 4.4°C, providing a high seasonal energy efficiency ratio. The compressor is equipped with a dynamic exhaust valve that can adjust the compressor exhaust pressure as required to prevent gas recompression inside the compressor and significantly improve energy efficiency under high pressure ratios. The ejector enhanced vapor injection technology makes the ZFI compressor have higher energy efficiency than single-stage compressors in low-temperature applications and has excellent performance. Compressor protection:
The ZF series compressors are equipped with built-in motor protection to prevent motor overheating caused by phase loss or insufficient refrigerant charge. The ZF series is configured with a DTC liquid injection valve to control the compressor exhaust temperature.
The ZFI series can be optionally equipped with Emerson's EVI ejector enhanced vapor injection accessory to control the ejector enhanced vapor injection circuit and ensure that the compressor operates at a safe exhaust temperature.
